Microsoft Project is a comprehensive project management tool allowing you to schedule tasks, assign resources and track costs and progress. This 2 day course will enable you to effectively plan and monitor a project or multiple projects whatever their scope of size.

Updates to the new Project 2010 allow you to manually schedule task without worrying about the sometimes complex Project scheduling engine. Manually scheduling tasks is great way of creating a priliminary overview of a schedule. This overview can then be emailed or shown in a PowerPoint slide as a timeline. The timeline is another new feature in Project - it allows you to place tasks on simple graphical timeline and then copy to another application.
